Leche con Platano (Banana Milkshake)

One of the most traditional drinks we have in Chile is this milkshake, which everybody loves! It is very simple and it's especially good when you have those ripe bananas that you don't want to waste.

Get your blender ready!

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)
1 ripe banana cut in chunks

Put everything in the blender and chop/mix until everything is well combined. Enjoy it!

so happy you enjoyed it! My mom made it for me when I was little all the time. It is a delicious chilean treat. You can also try the same mix but adding strawberries instead of bananas :)
